Letterpress Print Series

"Not To Scale"

Robert Samuel Hanson

Sold out run of 200.

9" x 7"

The letterpress series is an ongoing Tiny Showcase project featuring artwork by our favorite silkscreen artists, poster designers, and multi-layered color separation masters. Each piece from the letterpress collection is an original design that was created for the project and printed in limited quantities. Providence letterpress artist Dan Wood of DWRI Letterpress created and pressed each of the three layers of this print into a 250gsm mould made 100% cotton Velvet Somerset printmaking paper manufactured at St. Cuthberts Mill in Somerset, England.

Robert has chosen the Marie Curie Cancer Care Hospice in Edinburgh as his artwork's charity. Employing more than 2,700 nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals, Marie Curie hospices provide free care to around 25,000 people with cancer and life-limiting illnesses every year. The organization operates 10 hospices across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, along with two centers for palliative care research and the world-renowned Marie Curie Research Institute, which investigates the causes and treatments of cancer. $250 dollars from the sale of Robert's prints will be donated to the organization.
