Meet Kalyani Kastor
Hi, I’m Kalyani! I recently graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and have been freelancing from Maine ever since. Colored pencils are my favorite medium to use. I enjoy playing with their rich colors and texture. However, I’ve recently been combing them with digital painting and collage to achieve a cleaner look! My work passion lies in publishing, surface design, and marketing felids. Spreading stories, beautiful imagery, and knowledge is the goal. I also love to study nature. A lot of my inspiration comes from the natural world. When I’m not in the studio I spend time with my plants, do puzzles with my family, go on hikes, and play lots of Animal Crossing!
