Meet Lindsay Stripling

I am a San Francisco based illustrator and teacher. I approach illustration and lettering from a more hands on and materials based approach, so my work is always coming from a place of layering, texture and experimentation. I like to keep things surreal, edgy, and fun and explore themes of folk, nature, community and psychology. When I’m not drawing or painting in my backyard studio, you can usually find me in Golden Gate Park or hunting for a new book at the library.
