50 hand built and illustrated porcelain dishes were made by Mary Drake for Tiny Showcase. Perfect for holding buttons, coins, dice, and miscellaneous do-dads. Each dish measures approximately 4.5” long by 3” wide by .5” tall. Please note each dish is handmade and there will be slight variations in size and shape from piece to piece.

Meet the Artist

Mary Drake is a ceramic artist making functional work and home decor. Primarily using the wheel to generate forms, she patterns the surfaces utilizing carving, brushwork, and slip-trailing techniques. Mary has been involved in clay for a decade, studying at UMass Dartmouth and completing an artist residency at The Steel Yard in 2018. She has shared her skills and enthusiasm for the medium through clay camp classes for kids at New Bedford Art Museum/Artworks and currently teaches pottery classes at Anyhow Studio in Providence, Rhode Island.
